The Giving Tree is the PTC’s annual appeal to the parents of South School to support the enrichment of your children’s education. It is our only direct appeal to our parent community. Last year 80% of South School families donated to the Giving Tree. This year we are hoping to have 100% of our families participate with a goal of raising $225 per student. Please click the apple below to donate!

This year our primary focus will be to support the teachers and administration in safely keeping our children in school, along with enhancing the remote learning experience. We plan to hold many enrichment programs virtually such as author visits, performing arts assemblies and book fairs as well as continuing to fund teacher and faculty grant requests. In recent years, the PTC has purchased extensive libraries for classrooms, a Kindergarten play structure, outdoor tables and umbrellas, indoor recess carts, water filling stations and colorful hallway murals - just to name a few.
