Dear Parents,

Thanks to your generosity during the Giving Tree, the PTC was able to offer significant grants in support of every Specials teacher and to each grade-level team to enhance the curriculum and classroom in ways not previously possible.

The PTC purchased new drones for Technology, a whole percussion section for Music, LEGO Education kits for Science, creative gelli molds for Art, tables for the Library, and BlazePods for PE. Across the grades, each team of teachers brainstormed what would benefit their students, and there are now new beanbags, floor seats, games, box sets of books, and other learning tools that have been added to the classrooms. We were even able to invest in a new digital mixer and sound system to use for all future assemblies and concerts. 

We are thrilled to be able to help the South School community in this manner. Stay tuned for more Giving Tree purchases later this spring!
